Are You Ready to List?
Making the transition to rental property can be complex, but we are committed to making the process as smooth as possible. Here are a few of the simple (yet critical) steps we will take to help get your property on the Vacation Rental Market:
Determine a competitive rental rate — this will be specific to your property, and will include elements such as location, size, amenities, and availability.
We will go through the home and determine items that need to be locked away. We will pick a closet that is the “owners” closet. We will also consider any other areas of the house you want secured.
We will discuss any other items needed to make it “guest” ready. This includes linens, changes for functionality, repairs, etc.
Photos & Virtual Tour
We’ll take pictures of your property, highlighting the features and spaces guests will want. We’ll also produce a virtual tour of the property.
The property will be listed on Homeaway, VRBO, TopWater Website, social media and any other affiliated marketing.
A lockbox will be placed on the front door or another applicable location on the property. These are only accessible with a code.
